By accessing or using www.lowcaphunt.com (the “Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Service. These Terms apply to all users, whether individuals or businesses.

2. Description of Service

LowCapHunt is an AI-powered deal aggregation platform that sources and presents startup, SaaS, and digital business acquisition opportunities from third-party marketplaces and social platforms. We do not sell, broker, or guarantee any of the listings displayed.

We offer two access tiers:

• Free tier: access to selected marketplace listings and limited AI analyses (3 per day)
• Premium tier (paid subscription): full access to all sources including Reddit and X/Twitter, unlimited AI analyses, and advanced filters

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service. By using LowCapHunt, you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement and that you have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.

4. Account Registration

You must create an account to access the Service. You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information during registration
• Keep your login credentials confidential
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
• Take responsibility for all activity that occurs under your account

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

5. Subscriptions and Payments

Premium access is available through a paid monthly subscription. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method via Stripe on a recurring basis.

• Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the next billing date
• You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings
• Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period — no partial refunds
• We reserve the right to modify pricing with 30 days notice to active subscribers

All payments are processed by Stripe. We do not store your payment card details.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Scrape, copy, or redistribute any content from the platform without written permission
• Use the Service to harass, defraud, or harm any third party
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, hack, or disrupt the platform or its infrastructure
• Create multiple accounts to circumvent free tier limits
• Use automated tools to access the Service without prior written consent
• Share your account credentials with other individuals

7. Intellectual Property

All content, design, code, and branding on www.lowcaphunt.com is owned by LowCapHunt or licensed to us. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our prior written consent.

Listing data displayed on the platform originates from third-party sources. We do not claim ownership of that data and it remains the property of the respective source platforms.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that:

• Listing data is accurate, complete, or up to date
• AI analyses constitute financial, legal, or investment advice
• The platform will be uninterrupted or error-free

LowCapHunt is an information aggregation tool. Any investment or acquisition decision you make is solely your responsibility. Always conduct your own due diligence.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, LowCapHunt shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless LowCapHunt and its affiliates, officers, and employees from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any third-party rights.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without notice, if we believe you have violated these Terms. You may also delete your account at any time from your account settings.

Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination (including liability, indemnification, and dispute resolution) will continue to apply.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of France, without regard to conflict of law principles. For users in the European Union, mandatory consumer protection provisions of your country of residence also apply.

Any dispute arising from these Terms shall first be submitted to good-faith mediation before any legal proceedings.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email or via a notice on the platform at least 14 days before the changes take effect. Your continued use of the Service after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
